Ocean Isle's original landmark — nearly a thousand feet of weathered wood stretching straight into the Atlantic — lined with benches, saltwater air, and the good kinda feeling you can't get anywhere else on the island.
Walk it for the views. Fish it for the fight. Or just sit on a bench with a cold beer from the pier and watch the birds do their thing. There's no wrong way to spend time out here.
The pier is open to anglers and sightseers alike. Grab a fishing pass at the desk — daily, weekly, or season — and fish under the pier's license so you don't need your own. A local favorite! The Ocean Isle Pier Grill opens daily at 7am serving quick, homestyle meals in a laid-back, friendly spot right at the pier. Breakfast brings egg platters, grits, biscuit sandwiches, pancakes, and other favorites til 11am. Lunch picks up at 11 with cheeseburgers, chicken tenders, fries, and more til 4pm.

Scoops Ice Cream — offering 24 hand-dipped flavors of Blue Bell, soft serve in chocolate, vanilla, and swirl, plus milkshakes, sundaes, and slushies in more flavors than you can try in one vacation (but you're welcome to attempt it).

Rain day? Too hot? Kids bouncing off the walls? The arcade has you covered. It's a full-sized, modern game room kept clean and cold. Video games, games of skill, games of chance — there's something for everyone.
The whole thing runs on a magnetic stripe card system — no digging for quarters, no pockets full of tokens. Load up a card, play your games, and your winning tickets stack up digitally. The River Country Mini Golf — a family tradition since the 1970s. This 18-hole course is fun for all ages and features your favorite fiberglass safari animals in their natural habitat — the unnaturally blue river dotted with floating colored golf balls. Parking is free for customers of the Ocean Isle Beach Pier. Paid parking is available for beachgoers or otherwise at the rate of $10/day. Season parking passes are also available. More Info →
